Monthly Update – December 2024

Here we are, on the last day of the year once again! I hope you've all had a wonderful holiday season with your loved ones (or on your own) and enjoyed this beautiful festive time. :D December is usually a busy month for most, so I hope you can use this day to relax and celebrate the beginning of a new year. :D

In my case, and interestingly enough, it’s been a quieter month than expected. That said, my grandmother’s tradition of overfeeding the family is still going strong, lol! Other than that, I’ve been enjoying family gatherings and writing. Speaking of which, Chapter 4 is coming along nicely!

I hit a bit of a snag with this last scene I’ve been working on. I was writing, sure, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t quite right. It felt like I was going in circles, adding too much unnecessary filler. It was slowing me down and left me feeling discouraged for a couple of days, until I said, "Screw it!" and scrapped the whole thing to start fresh. Thank goodness I did! The scene is turning out so much better now, and I’ve got my flow back. :D

Other than that, there’s not much more to share. I’m cooking up a couple of things I can’t talk about yet, but I’m really excited for when the time comes!

With that, I hope you all have a wonderful last day of the year and an even better start to 2025! <3 A season of change is coming for me, and the next three months are going to be interesting. But one thing’s for sure, Remnants will be with me every step of the way, and with you too if you want to accompany us. You’re always welcome to join me :D

Thank you so much to everyone who stuck with me this year, as well as those who joined along the way, and those who will join in the future. I wish you all the happiness and love in the world. I love you all, and I’ll see you next year at the end of January. ;)
