Monthly Update - March 2025

This month has been a bit stressful. I had to help my aunt take care of nine dogs! They're generally well-behaved and calm, but my god, they are exhausting! Good thing I love dogs… otherwise, I'd be completely destroyed 😂

That said, luckily, this hasn’t stopped me from continuing with the chapter. In fact, I’ve managed to get way more done this month than I thought I would!

First off, many of you have probably noticed that there's a new cover. I found the previous one a bit dull, so I decided to switch to something more eye-catching. I don’t know about you, but I think it looks amazing now! 😁

On another note, Chapter 5 is completely finished! It’s currently available to all Patreon subscribers with the God Tier or higher for two weeks, and on April 12 it will be released for everyone on Itch.io.

I’ve also finished the summary for Chapter 6. The tension keeps rising, reaching a boiling point for some characters… I need to review my notes for the entire story because there are some important details to cover, and I want to have everything well-structured so it all makes sense, obviously!

I'm also starting to edit Act 1 from top to bottom. The story itself remains the same, but some scenes definitely need a good tweak. I also want to add new scenes and more dialogue options for the MC in certain moments. Plus, I’d like to improve the overall atmosphere and make the world feel more coherent.

I never intended for it to feel like a medieval setting, just a fantasy world. But based on some feedback I received, it seems that’s how most of you see it (and honestly, I can understand why). So, I’m working on adjusting the world, objects, and the way the characters speak so it makes more sense with how it feels when you start reading.

That said, this will take time since my top priority is moving the story forward, but it’s a change that will happen sooner or later.

And one last thing, I finally learned how to use this dash: — 😁! It’s such a silly thing, but it looks so much nicer than just using the short one - 😂
